The Monty comedy sketch called the Ministry of Silly Walks was filmed in England. You can see a man who is a civil servant, he's wearing a black , a black bowler hat and black shoes. He is also an attaché case. He's walking down the streets of London, he walks to the Ministry of Silly Walks where he has a with another man. The other man is there to get government backing so he can create his silly walk. The civil servant is not with the man's silly walk and is that the Ministry of Silly Walks has also got less funding that year and there's no point in using that money on walks that aren't that silly.
I found this sketch very the first time that I watched it and I a lot. And I also it to my parents and they knew what it was.
