Listen to the report

Listen once without stopping. Try to answer these questions: Who is speaking? What is the problem? Which schools are concerned? Can anything be done about it? Don't worry if you don't understand everything!

How to work

  1. Learn the key words: vocabulary activity. Then listen to the report again: how much more can you understand now?
  2. Test your understanding: summary. Can you rebuild the main ideas of the report?
  3. Listen and read at the same time, and complete the transcript: fill in the gaps (15 pages). Hover over the underlined words to see their translation.
